What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative partnership fully devoted to supporting you to move towards what you really want. When the coach asks powerful questions, you are inspired to find the answers. Once values and visions are clarified, dreams are set into motion. Coaching is for you if you are ready to bring positive change into your life. Clarity, self-empowerment and growth are the gifts of coaching.

How does it work?
Life enhancing and often life changing coaching happens when a motivated client and a skilled coach team up. Each coaching session is unique and builds upon prior sessions. You will learn to move through real and perceived obstacles while I hold the focus on your unique agenda. This may include: creating a vision, stepping into your personal power, finding work you love, assuming more challenging work roles, communicating from your core and/or finding time for the things that matter most.

Typically, coaching sessions are scheduled three times a month via telephone so geography is not an issue. Session length depends on our arrangement. During non-coaching weeks, I am available for e-mail support or brief telephone check-ins. Custom packages can be designed.

An intention of a minimum commitment of three months is requested. True change takes time.

Why a coach?
We all have good ideas and intentions, maybe even great ideas and bold intentions to have our lives be better. Then we get distracted because of circumstances, demands, habits, fears and/or doubts. Or maybe we believe that we “should” be happy with the status quo. But there is still a yearning for the punch and pizzazz that is missing.

As your coach – I am the person who reminds you to keep living the “want to” kind of life rather than the “shoulda, coulda, woulda” kind of life. I support you to live a jazzed and juiced life; to courageously take the meaningful risks and to turn obstacles into opportunities.
